Trever Jackson, Elite 11 QB and SEC target, sets commitment date

Trever Jackson is getting ready to make his college decision. After picking up scholarship offers from 27 schools, the blue-chip quarterback from Florida is down to 4 programs just days out from his commitment.

Jackson will announce his commitment on Aug. 26. He is deciding between Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and UCLA.

Jackson, from the Orlando area, is listed as measuring over 6-2 and 185 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Jackson is rated 4-stars, the No. 15 quarterback, No. 32 recruit in the state of Florida and No. 222 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

As a junior, Jackson was the starting quarterback at Winter Garden West Orange. He completed 59.3% of his passes for 1,559 yards, 16 touchdowns and 7 interceptions, while rushing 52 times for 306 yards and 6 TDs. Jackson made the Elite 11 Finals in 2023 and is set to play his senior season at Jones High School in Orlando.
