WATCH: Jameis Winston delivers one of the most bizarre pregame speeches ever

Former Florida State QB Jameis Winston is a strange guy, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are finding that out first-hand these days.

Though he’s a talented quarterback on the field (at least most of the time), he’s also a bit of a mystery off it — especially when it comes to pregame speeches.

As you can see below, Winston delivered a bizarre motivational speech to his Tampa Bay teammates before Sunday’s game against New Orleans:

Talking about eating a “W,” complete with hand gestures, is simply baffling, but it somehow seemed to work for his teammates.

However, early in the second quarter, the Bucs trail their NFC South rivals 9-0, so perhaps Winston’s message didn’t have its intended affect.

If the Bucs lose this game against New Orleans, Winston will have to go back to the drawing board before giving another pregame speech.
