WATCH: UCF unveils ‘2017 National Champions’ sign inside football stadium

UCF is still doing that thing again where it’s claiming a national championship for its 2017 undefeated season.
Ever since the Knights beat Auburn 34-27 in the Peach Bowl, UCF’s brand has been everywhere, mostly for the Knights claiming a national championship. Alabama, of course, would have something to say about that, as the Tide won the College Football Playoff Championship Game over Georgia.

UCF further cemented the claim Saturday as it unveiled a “2017 National Champions” banner inside Spectrum Stadium during the spring game, as shared by the team’s Twitter account:
