The college football regular season is now more than halfway done, and we’re starting to see which teams are contenders and which are pretenders.
Every week, CBS Sports updates its rankings of all 131 FBS squads, and this week’s feature some changes for the 14 SEC teams.
As you can see below, Georgia leads the way for the SEC at No. 2, behind only No. 1 Ohio State. Here’s a look at where every SEC squad currently ranks:

- No. 14 — Ole Miss
- No. 18 — LSU
- No. 23 — Kentucky
- No. 26 — South Carolina
