South Carolina is moving on from Frank Martin this offseason, letting go the coach who led the program to its only Final Four.

Now, the Gamecocks’ 2022 recruiting class has taken a hit as a key member of that class will reopen his recruitment.

As you can see below, 3-star combo guard Bryce Lindsay, a native of Baltimore, announced via Twitter that, due to the coaching change, he’s decided to reopen his recruitment:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Lindsay is the No. 25 combo guard in the nation and the No. 5 overall recruit from the state of Maryland.

The Gamecocks now have 2 players in their 2022 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 51 in the nation and No. 10 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
