WATCH: South Carolina posts highlight video of ‘Paintball Day’ team-building exercise

The South Carolina Gamecocks have some big expectations this year, as they want to take down Georgia and win the SEC East.
However, before the real work begins this summer, the team took part in a team-bonding exercise, going on a paintball adventure recently.
As you can see in the video below, it appears it was quite a fun event, with even coach Will Muschamp taking part in the battle:

Muschamp is a fun coach and this sort of exercise will only bring the team closer together.
The Gamecocks start the season with a big Week 2 matchup against Georgia, so things will get down to business quickly. For now though, it’s still time to let loose and play some paintball.
