Former West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen left the Mountaineers this offseason to take the job at Houston. However, it appears he didn’t leave his Morgantown rental home in great condition.

Holgorsen is now being sued over damage to the home and two months of missing payments, per a report from WBOY.

Property owner Rodney Poland is the one who filed the lawsuit in Monongalia County Circuit Court:

The lawsuit states that Poland leased the property to Candice Holgorsen for one year, with monthly rent payments of $2,500. Dana Holgorsen confirmed via text message that he would satisfy the financial responsibilities under the lease, according to court documents.

The damage to the rental home was estimated at over $19,000, per the report.
