College GameDay is live from Boone, North Carolina, on Appalachian State’s campus after its historic upset over No. 6 Texas A&M last Saturday.

In fact, the pregame show was heading to College Station for Saturday night’s Miami-Texas A&M game; however, the Mountaineers threw a wrench into everything. Instead, ESPN just headed to Boone to celebrate Appalachian State.

Well, to open Saturday morning’s show, Rece Davis — with the help of App State fans — trolled the Aggies. One Appalachain State fan also had a sign celebrating the $1.5 million Texas A&M paid to the program for the road game.

“You saw that check — $1.5 million,” Rece Davis said. “So, you know what you guys did? You went to Texas A&M and you took their money. You went to Texas A&M and you took their win. You went to Texas A&M and you took College GameDay away from them.”

Texas A&M has a chance to rebound against No. 13 Miami Saturday night.
