Jimbo Fisher calls out Ohio State while touting Texas A&M’s 7-game SEC winning streak

Texas A&M made a statement on Saturday, going to Neyland Stadium and beating Tennessee 34-13 to finish the regular season at 8-1.
After a 28-point loss to No. 1 Alabama earlier this season, the Aggies rattled off 7-straight wins — no easy feat in an SEC-only season.
After the game, coach Jimbo Fisher made sure to send a message to the College Football Playoff committee while touting that winning streak. He called out Ohio State for only playing 6 games this year:
Jimbo Fisher: "Seven straight SEC wins. Some schools haven't even played seven games. If you want to pick the best four teams, we’re one of ‘em."

Indeed, Ohio State is 6-0 after an unconvincing 22-10 win over Northwestern in the B1G Championship Game.
Ultimately, though, it’ll be up to the CFP committee on Sunday. The Aggies will be waiting anxiously for the selection show tomorrow.
