Former Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel recently told the judge in his domestic violence case that his life is “trending upward,” and he was apparently talking about more than his attempt at an NFL comeback. The former Heisman Trophy winner got engaged on Friday to model Bre Tiesi.

Manziel confirmed the news to TMZ Sports.
“When you find a girl as amazing as I did, that saved me from where I was in my life, you absolutely put a ring on it,” he told the website.

At the NFL Scouting Combine, it was reported that Manziel, who last played in the NFL in 2015, has drawn interest from multiple teams. He recently rehired Erik Burkhardt, the agent who fired him last year.
