Rueben Owens II is an Aggie!
Owens, the No. 1 RB in the Class of 2023 rankings, committed to Texas A&M over Georgia and Ohio State Wednesday night after decommitting from Louisville the same day.
This is big news for a team that just lost one of the best running backs in the conference, Devon Achane, to the NFL Draft,

Owens is the No. 20 overall prospect in the Class of 2023 and the no. 3 overall player from the state of Texas. He’ll be staying close to home, as the Houston prospect will only have to drive 50 or so miles northwest to College Station.
