Rick Barnes shows off interesting Christmas sweater following win over Austin Peay

We’re less than 5 days away from Christmas and Tennessee basketball head coach Rick Barnes is getting into the holiday spirit. As for his execution, well – you be the judge.
The sweater Barnes wore to the postgame press conference was interesting to say the least.

The Vols got the job done on the court to get Barnes and the Tennessee faithful even more into the festivity. Tennessee blitzed in-state competition Austin Peay, 86-44 in a game that never had a chance of being close.
Santiago Vescovi was one of the most impressive players on the day, knocking down all 5 of his 3-point attempts on the night. He finished with 18 points.
Barnes is likely especially happy with the performance of freshman forward Tobe Awaka, who led the Vols with 11 total rebounds. Tennessee now sits at 10-2 on the season with the SEC opener against Ole Miss next up on the schedule.
