Santiago Vescovi is going to examine the NBA Draft, Tennessee’s junior guard announced via his Instagram page.
“Coach (Rick) Barnes has encouraged me to go through the NBA Draft evaluation process, and I intend to take advantage of that opportunity while maintaining my collegiate eligibility,” wrote Vescovi. “I know I have the full support of Vol Nation, and I look forward to the valuable experience and feedback I’ll receive in the weeks to come.”
Vescovi will be able to maintain his college eligibility during the process, provided he does not hire an agent. He will have until June 13 to decide whether to remain in the draft or return to the Volunteers.
