Tennessee defensive lineman Da’Jon Terry has entered the transfer portal, according to a report.
That’s per On3’s Matt Zenitz, who notes that Terry has made a big impact at Tennessee during his time with the Vols. He recorded 6 tackles for loss and 3 sacks over the past 2 seasons.

Terry began his career at Kansas and spent 2 seasons with the Jayhawks prior to transferring to Tennessee ahead of the 2021 season.
Last season, Terry recorded 16 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and 2 sacks while contributing on Tennessee’s defensive line. His 2 sacks came in victories over Florida and Kentucky last season.
He was expected to have a similar role on Tennessee’s defensive front in 2023. Instead, he will enter the transfer portal for a second time.
Terry is presumably entering the portal as a graduate transfer, which means he can maintain eligibility despite entering the portal outside of the NCAA’s designated windows.
