Tennessee’s spring game was canceled at the half on Saturday due to weather concerns, but fans still got to see plenty of what brought them to Neyland Stadium. There were some big plays and a solid QB competition, and for one fan, there was a moment he would never forget.
Tennessee QB Sheriron Jones was meeting with fans before the game and one approached him for a photo. Jones, who attempted four passes in the shortened game, decided to take off his jersey and let the fan wear it for a photo.

The best moment from this exchange comes when the fan looks at Jones in disbelief. Though the video doesn’t have audio, this exchange was easy to figure out. Once the fan realized that the moment was real, he then didn’t believe the jersey would actually fit, but Jones can be seen encouraging him and helping him squeeze into it before the two took the photo.
Moments like this are why spring games exist, and it’s that passion and community that make college football great.
