WATCH: Tennessee’s defense gets touchdown on incredible pick-six

Tennessee has finally scored a touchdown, but even this score came courtesy of the Volunteers defense.

Alabama freshman QB Tua Tagovailoa had the Tide moving on offense in the third quarter. The Tide rolled all the way into the red zone before a crucial mistake turned into six points for the Vols.

Tennessee’s Daniel Bituli intercepted Tagovailoa’s pass and had an incredible return for the 97-yard touchdown. The Volunteers are finally on the board against the Crimson Tide, but they still face a tall task in getting back into the game.

Tennessee’s offense has continued to struggle against the Tide. The Volunteers last offensive touchdown came against UMass on Sept. 23.
