Texas football has had a rough 2021 season in Steve Sarkisian’s first campaign leading the Longhorns.
There have been so many disappointing developments and plays that a parody video was made starting with Sarkisian’s opening press conference, and then moved throughout the season of blunders. The Longhorns are 4-6 overall and 2-5 in the Big 12, and take on West Virginia this week.
Texas hasn’t had a losing season, or missed a bowl game since 2016. The latest loss, a 57-56 overtime loss to Kansas, meant the Longhorns lost 5 straight, which is its longest losing streak since an 8-game skid in 1956. The Jayhawks were 31-point underdogs, and had never won in Austin.
With that in mind, this video because overwhelmingly popular with more than 298,000 views by Friday morning.
